      Too Political at every level. Witchhunts are the norm. It is easier to pass blame than to establish the cause of an issue and evaluate a resolution. Woman at high positions are figureheads-Purely Male driven company

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
