      Pros

      People are super nice, they value your opinions and willing to help whenever necessary. You can do different things within IT and there's definitely opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      IT itself is antiquated. A better process should have been in place for a lot of things.

      A job and make some money

      Cons

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
