Decent benefits. One of the few places to still have a pension.
Cons
Lots of growing pains and mismanagement within the digital space. No coaching, accountability, clear job definitions, and lots of overworked and underpaid people. Universal HR policies without exceptions, like the hybrid work policies. No opportunities for fast upward mobility or proper recognition of hard work. Toxic culture with lots of pointing fingers. All of the people in positions of power are older, white men. Senior management has no idea what the people under them do and often get in the way of that work or make it harder than it needs to be. Avoid this department.
