Pros
Not too many, benefits are okay
Cons
The company asks you to sign a form that you cannot sue them. There is a reason for that. Today I spoke to someone with the state and she said that she had heard of many negative reviews. I have actually never worked with a staff as dysfunctional as this one. There were a couple of middle aged women that were so nasty it was unreal. The supervision was divided and you could not ask anyone a question except whomever was assigned to you. There were people there that enjoyed bullying people, and taking it so far as to put religious brochures on their desk. TRhis particular person was sending nasty messages to me via e-mail and chat. She has been promoted to a lead, yet she does not meet performance standards. At one point I found her hiding behind my desk and trying to spy on me. How freaky.
