Family owned business that really cares about all their employees. You get to help people by solving their pest problems and protect their largest investment (home) from wood destroying insects. Opportunities for advancement. Ability to take company vehicles home when day is completed. Incentives to make additional income. Fellow employees are great people!

Cons

Not being able to solve pest problems if customer does not follow sanitation and maintenance recommendations.
