Pros

Innovative, customer-oriented, forward-thinking company with a great reputation in the industrial marketplace. Flexible work hours and opportunities to grow within the organization for those interested. The company is always open to adopting new practices and technologies to better serve customers. Relationships with clients is very good, overall.

Cons

As with all small companies, there is a question of whether somebody will fit into the culture, but it is a friendly place to work, generally.

Culture has improved significantly since when I first started branching out into other areas of digital marketing - new potential for expanding skillset Most clients are nice, engaging people - receptive to feedback

Cons

Pay raises have not been very high Currently, not a lot of opportunities to be promoted Verging on too many clients
