Does not have much trust in employees. (limited to no wfh or other benefits are found here)

Culture has improved significantly since when I first started branching out into other areas of digital marketing - new potential for expanding skillset Most clients are nice, engaging people - receptive to feedback

Cons

Pay raises have not been very high Currently, not a lot of opportunities to be promoted Verging on too many clients
