It's an OK place to start your career. Plenty of work to do. You have some say in improving processes.

Cons

No QA team or any testing procedures. Focus is on speed above anything else. Cramped and noisy office environment.

Culture has improved significantly since when I first started branching out into other areas of digital marketing - new potential for expanding skillset Most clients are nice, engaging people - receptive to feedback

Cons

Pay raises have not been very high Currently, not a lot of opportunities to be promoted Verging on too many clients
