Pros

Good base pay for a non-certified position. Good work life balance as a per diem Access to do all shift types as a per diem

Cons

Call out system was not consistently used and people who would constantly no call no show or come hours in late were not reprimanded appropriately and were kept on the team despite underperforming.

Pros

Amazing families and residents, some amazing co workers.

Cons

Horribly managed, they treat their employees like they are nothing but workers. They don’t care about the employees mental health or wellbeing.
