      Flexible work environment Leading edge with the Awakenings program Open to new ideas Good staff Great training programs to encourage staff development (Velocity, Innovation, Ecumen Way)

      Cons

      Finding money to improve things in the office and with technology (but that's the non-profit world)

      Pros

      Amazing families and residents, some amazing co workers.

      Cons

      Horribly managed, they treat their employees like they are nothing but workers. They don’t care about the employees mental health or wellbeing.
