      excellence is important to the culture and people are pros in their area of expertise. Seems like most people just got a pay bump too

      Pros

      Amazing families and residents, some amazing co workers.

      Cons

      Horribly managed, they treat their employees like they are nothing but workers. They don’t care about the employees mental health or wellbeing.
