What more could you ask for!? I have been with Ecumen for many years, in multiple roles, and loved every minute. Leadership truly cares and wants what is best for team members. Pay and benefits are competitive and the work is very rewarding.

Cons

I wish they offered tuition reimbursement or student loan assistance.

Amazing families and residents, some amazing co workers.

Cons

Horribly managed, they treat their employees like they are nothing but workers. They don’t care about the employees mental health or wellbeing.
