Pros

As a Speech Therapist working with EdTheory in the school system, I have had an enriching experience. The agency provides a supportive and collaborative environment that truly values its employees. I highly recommend EdTheory to any Speech Therapist looking for a fulfilling and supportive work environment in the school system. It's an excellent place to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at this time, except that they do not pay as well as onboarding with a school district. They do offer remote positions, though.

Pros

Pay was good for my contract position. My recruiter was communicative to my needs, frequently kept in touch, and offered mentorship when needed.

Cons

Wish they were more transparent with the school districts that I was working at in terms of caseload, commute, etc.
