A sinking ship - years of mismanagement have led to a once shining star wallowing. Senior management is utterly disconnected to the teams that do the actual work unless it’s a high profile pitch in which case everyone must have an opinion (but then nothing of real value). Career progression is limited to those who play the game, have visibility on clients and are on call all the time (work life balance? Not here) Salary? Not comparable across the industry with bands not changing in years Let’s not forget the annual employee surveys which list the same issues time and time again and the compulsory days in per week for an office not big enough to cope (cost cutting)
