Pros

not a very aggressive working culture overall, a comfortable workplace for communications practitioners who enjoy working on the strategic level/strategic type of work which involves minimal execution work, people are generally nice to work with, high level of job security for those who are not productive but at starting to medium level

Cons

consistently high turnover while replacement process often takes over a quarter to happen, job assignments are quite ad hoc and by task instead of by project, very different arrangements/ expectations for local and non-local employees, level of responsibilities often goes 1-3 levels of staff grade while pay for performance is not well in place

Pros

I worked with some of the brightest and best people in the business. Most of them are no longer with the company. Some good clients, and nice office space.

Cons

Very limited opportunities for growth. During my time they reduced promotions to only once a year, and made many excuses for promoting as few people as possible (despite becoming the first "$1B" agency at that time). Morale was extremely low. People were forced to come into an office with nobody they actually worked with. Common to be passed from manager to manager. At one point I had 6+ managers within a 10-month span.
