Within specific practices/offices, senior team members can be lazy (work from home or come in late and/or leave early) while junior team members do a disproportionate amount of the heavy lifting When turnover occurs, replacement hires are rarely adequate compared to former employees - it seems as if some hires have been made primarily so that current employees can collect a referral bonus No matter how often it is preached, office politics (between other practices or offices, or even within the same team) is a frequent issue
