Pros
The business supports employees as long as you're in a revenue generating position. You can really move ahead if you're tied in with the right people.
Cons
Really low salaries that are hard to live on, especially in California. It's a lot of work and typically work outside your function, but the pay doesn't equate. Unless you're tied in with HR executives, it's hard to get promoted. There isn't any clear path or plan for HR despite the reorganization.
