Pros

Great office, great friendships, good food in the canteen

Cons

The recent lay off was conducted in such a sly manner, something you wouldn’t expect from “apparently the top PR firm in the world”. Making someone redundant by telling them that they aren’t enough or performing well, instead of the honest real reason. 2 hours later, the business announces lay offs over a meeting. This could have been communicated so much better and could have let people go with respect. I was told to just submit my laptop and leave in an hour. No goodbyes, no farewell. Made us feel like we are the “bad people” while throwing extravagant farewell parties for even AAE’s who worked for 3 months and decides to resign. This whole lay offs process made me feel extremely disrespected in a company I joined and truly loved.

Pros

I worked with some of the brightest and best people in the business. Most of them are no longer with the company. Some good clients, and nice office space.

Cons

Very limited opportunities for growth. During my time they reduced promotions to only once a year, and made many excuses for promoting as few people as possible (despite becoming the first "$1B" agency at that time). Morale was extremely low. People were forced to come into an office with nobody they actually worked with. Common to be passed from manager to manager. At one point I had 6+ managers within a 10-month span.
