Pros
Excellent work-life balance and schedule flexibility (to pick up kids from school, run errands, appointments, etc.). New US leadership who are well-respected and more transparent (Webber, Graham). Smart teams and hard workers.
Cons
Company has been trying to find its footing for the last few years and has had lots of leadership changes, both nationally and regionally. This has led to feelings of instability and inconsistency of culture, values, and especially strategy. The industry at large has seen some contraction and Edelman is no exception, so promotions, raises and bonuses have stagnated, causing frustration among employees who feel they're falling behind against the rising cost of living.
