Pros

Great teamwork environment. Senior leadership cares about clients and employees. Great work/life balance, very easy to work from a remote location or home when needed. Just launched a women in leadership program. Very diverse workforce.

Cons

Results often tied to the unpredictable swings in the stock market. Still, company has a long term vision and manages through these market recessions without cut-throat behaviors. Even with great teamwork, projects are very complex and require several groups to work closely together over extended periods of time. This can sometimes lead to a disconnect with other groups and their programs. It's not that people don not want to share, it's sometimes hard to know who to share with.

Pros

- Great team from department head down - Collaboration is encouraged - Self-starter culture with good room for side projects - "See something, say something" approach allows questioning methodology without a feeling of personal attacks or "dumb questions" and enables team members to support each other in a safe environment - Work from home

Cons

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
