Pros

every one here is student first, very willing to do respite for students after hours, ABA focused if that is what you are looking for, there is a pre vocational program here as well, so you can work with pre k to adult age students

Cons

very focused on ABA to the exclusion of most other approaches, which as the autistic community has mentioned, can be harmful depending on how ABA is carried out among students

Pros

Truly caring environment where everyone is committed to supporting individuals with autism. Innovative mindset — leadership is always looking for ways to improve services and expand programs. Warm, welcoming culture with supportive colleagues and leadership. Good pay and strong benefits package. Organization invests in great technology and tools to help employees succeed. Work feels meaningful and rewarding — you can see the positive impact every day.

Cons

Technology is available and well-supported, but staff adoption could be stronger — more openness to change would maximize its impact. Communication between some departments could be improved to make collaboration smoother. Workload can be high at times, but the results make it feel worth it.
