I work in Residential Services and I like what I do. The company has excellent health benefits, room for advancement within the company, an active HR department incorporating healthy work practices and a lot of prizes at all time.

Cons

Disconnect between property management and residential services, slow/under staffed Accounting department, heavy work load.

The only good thing is that they offer free apartments to some of their employees. But they are technically not free although they describe them as free. They lower your hourly wage if you accept the apartment.

Cons

Low wages. Extremely large work load. Little to no managerial support. No opportunities for advancement. Shady HR department and Upper Managers are like a little clique that you can never be apart of. DO NOT WORK HERE. You have been warned
