Pros

Great Executive Director and Senior Management Team. Growing organization which helps the less fortunate in our communities. High level of job satisfaction. This non-profit allows for entrprenurial spirits to develop company procedure. Opprtunity for recognition and thanks. Open communication from management. Inclusive atmosphere. Truly one of the most dynamic and amazing places to work.

Cons

Pay is respectable, but low industry and Bay Area wide. High quality is a specific focus, but not equitably placed on all staff members. Slow to promote some who are qualified if they do not have a degree, regardless of tenure (10+years).

The only good thing is that they offer free apartments to some of their employees. But they are technically not free although they describe them as free. They lower your hourly wage if you accept the apartment.

Cons

Low wages. Extremely large work load. Little to no managerial support. No opportunities for advancement. Shady HR department and Upper Managers are like a little clique that you can never be apart of. DO NOT WORK HERE. You have been warned
