Pros
The staff are very engaged and passionate about making Eden a better place to work for all. I feel like I can openly share my thoughts and opinions with all levels of leadership, and that my voice is actually heard. Also, our properties are very well maintained. For a 50-year old affordable housing organization, I believe Eden is very forward-thinking and mainly focused on how to help keep Eden employees involved as we grow.
Cons
We are a fast growing organization, so we still have a lot of growing pains. We spend a lot of time focusing on how we can create better policies that will guide people in their day-to-day jobs. Depending on the role, the day-to-day can be stressful, but overall the people are really passionate about evolving policies and procedures in a way that minimizes stress to property staff.
