After working 12 years in a completely different industry, Eden Housing took a chance on me and has put me in a position where my talents are put to good use and where I can make a difference. Eden Housing truly values their employees and goes out of its way to show appreciation for work well done. My co-workers are great and there are a lot of good people here.

Cons

High costs for healthcare benefits for dependents, though the employee is fully paid for.

The only good thing is that they offer free apartments to some of their employees. But they are technically not free although they describe them as free. They lower your hourly wage if you accept the apartment.

Cons

Low wages. Extremely large work load. Little to no managerial support. No opportunities for advancement. Shady HR department and Upper Managers are like a little clique that you can never be apart of. DO NOT WORK HERE. You have been warned
