Pros
I really enjoying working for Eden due to the support that I receive from my team. If you are interested in other positions or different opportunities within the company, they will provide you with trainings to try to get you to that next step. Upper management really want to see individuals grow within the organization and help you achieve both personal goals and company goals. They have/offer great benefits: health, dental, vision, gym membership, 401K, etc. I also really like and appreciate that they will let us out early on days before a Holiday.
Cons
Some of the annual trainings can get repetitive. But training department is always trying to figure out new ways to provide training and not have it be too predictable.
