      Pros

      After many years in my profession I am thrilled to be with an organization that appreciates my work and my contributions to the Eden culture. This is a long standing non-profit (50 years plus) that is dynamic, fast moving and brings value to our communities. The benefits are excellent and focused on employee tenure. I love going to work and I feel appreciated.

      Cons

      I wish I had looked for an opportunity at Eden earlier in my career. I missed out on any employer who openly appreciates my contributions.

      Pros

      The only good thing is that they offer free apartments to some of their employees. But they are technically not free although they describe them as free. They lower your hourly wage if you accept the apartment.

      Cons

      Low wages. Extremely large work load. Little to no managerial support. No opportunities for advancement. Shady HR department and Upper Managers are like a little clique that you can never be apart of. DO NOT WORK HERE. You have been warned
