They pay very well. The residents are friendly.

Cons

Management treats the ground you walk on better than their Nursing staff. Short staffed daily and then berated when you can't do the job in 8 hours. The most toxic environment I have ever worked in. High school was better than that place and management winds us all up and sits back to watch the show!
