I liked the hours that were worked.

Management needed to work on things.

There are no pros for working at this company.

There is no HR department. They pay VERY POORLY and no matter how hard you work you most likely won't ever get promoted or a raise. The owner doesn't care what goes on outside in the factory. He only cares about himself.
