Edgewater is a company that is focused on its employees. The executive team works very hard to make sure we all feel appreciated. They make a very conscious effort to choose the right people to join our team, so if you are one of the lucky ones to join the company you can be assured that you are valued. The atmosphere is one of professionalism, respect and also fun.

Pros

Edgewater cares about their people and I can honestly say that it is the best company I've worked for. Unlike many contractors, they are definitely not a 'body shop'.

Cons

Edgewater is beholden to their government customers sometimes random requirements. As Edgewater has grown from a small to a medium sized business that competes in the open market, cultural changes have occurred out of necessity.
