Edgewater cares about their people and I can honestly say that it is the best company I've worked for. Unlike many contractors, they are definitely not a 'body shop'.

Edgewater is beholden to their government customers sometimes random requirements. As Edgewater has grown from a small to a medium sized business that competes in the open market, cultural changes have occurred out of necessity.

It was an OK job

No funding. No raises. No advancement
