Pros

EditShare added talented senior leadership halfway through 2019. I joined after this transition. Pros: - Our CEO is a ball of energy with clear and consistent vision - Senior leadership is very focused on people and agility - Compensation and benefits are excellent, with one omission, see below. - The Watertown office has a fair number of perks for its size - The culture is fun, collaborative, and open minded - The leadership has taken covid-19 seriously, and handled the transition to working remotely very well.

Cons

- EditShare offers a 401k plan, but no match, which I sorely miss. There may be plans to change this.
