Pros
In general, the people are great and are all similarly like-minded to try and make the company successful. There are some incredibly intelligent individuals who are not only great at their job, but try to lift others up as they get the work done. Knowledge sharing is top notch. They also have some great benefits when it comes to insurance and a relatively flexible PTO and remote policy.
Cons
The Leadership Team has continued to distance themselves more and more from the rest of the employees and then are surprised when there is a gap between the goals set and what has actually been achieved. Because of this, truly worried about the future of the company as a whole.
