It’s unfortunate to hear that you have concerns about management and Employment Experience, but we understand that in any company with a unique culture, the reality may be that not all feel it is the best place for them to thrive. We encourage you to set up a time to talk with your Employment Experience Business Partner about some of the concerns you’ve expressed, so that we can work to address them. While it is certainly true that not every issue can be handled in a way that is considered a perfect resolution to everyone, a lot of care and consideration is taken when dealing with employee concerns on a case by case basis in an effort to be as fair as possible.
