Thanks for the review. It’s great to hear from employees who have an appreciation for the culture we work hard to cultivate and the resources the Company dedicates to employees’ well-being. It is certainly a top priority. As for your advice, we know it is not always easy to navigate such conversations, but we would love to help facilitate a dialogue with you and your leader about ways the two of you can better partner/work together. If you are comfortable with doing so, please reach out to one of us on the Employee Experience team.

Pros

My experience here has been exceptional. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and generous perks, all within a fully remote setup. The team is genuinely caring, and I've found ample opportunities for growth thanks to the ability to rotate teams. I initially planned to stay for a copule years before moving to a big tech company, but I've been so impressed that I've been here for many years and plan to stay longer.

Cons

Since the company operates on a nearly full-remote model, there are fewer opportunities for in-person socialization; however, the option to work from the office is always available for those who want to connect with colleagues. While the compensation is competitive and by no means low, it is important to note that it is less than what's offered by major tech companies, and no stock options are included as part of the compensation package.
