Pros

I'm a remote employee and really appreciate the ability to work from home in PA while still feeling like I'm an actual part of the company. It's great to feel like a valued part of the team and that my contributions are important to my colleagues. Communications with anyone, right up to the top levels, always feels very open and I'm never afraid to put in my two cents or express an opinion on a work-related matter.

Cons

I haven't come across any negatives about working for Edmunds. As a work-from-home employee, you can sometimes worry that you should be working more, but that's more a matter of me being conscientious than a negative for Edmunds.

Pros

My experience here has been exceptional. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and generous perks, all within a fully remote setup. The team is genuinely caring, and I've found ample opportunities for growth thanks to the ability to rotate teams. I initially planned to stay for a copule years before moving to a big tech company, but I've been so impressed that I've been here for many years and plan to stay longer.

Cons

Since the company operates on a nearly full-remote model, there are fewer opportunities for in-person socialization; however, the option to work from the office is always available for those who want to connect with colleagues. While the compensation is competitive and by no means low, it is important to note that it is less than what's offered by major tech companies, and no stock options are included as part of the compensation package.
