Pros
Great mission and values. Will expose you to areas of school business you would not be exposed to in a school district. Strives hard to boost employee morale and bring the organization together as a whole. Good benefits.
Cons
Salary is not competitive. Upper management does not communicate well with employees, however, they are actively trying to better this. Can be very "clique-ish". There isn't much room for advancement in many departments. You are expected to be available to clients 24/7 but this could be depending on the department.
