Pros
-employees are nice, down to earth, and go out of their way to help each other -loads of opportunity to learn new skills, with with many different departments, and own projects/responsibilities that you simply can't elsewhere -although it seems like there isn't job security, if you do your job well people will notice. many of the people that have left in the past 6+ months did so willingly and after working at EducationDynamics for over 3-5 years
Cons
-Organizational changes have been stressful at times and could have been more clearly communicated before/during the transitions - corporate culture top - down communication/orders: Sometimes orders do come from the executive level that directly contradict the work that you may be doing with the manager/director that you report directly to, and this does not always seem to be taken into consideration
