Where to begin? Upper management is grossly disorganized and it's the employees down the line who suffer. Salaries are stagnant. Perks are few and disappointing. Equipment is outdated. There is only career advancement for the very few (and some of those people are widely cosidered to be incompetent in their roles). Some people get promoted multiple times while others are ignored entirely. The people you work with are great, and that keeps people there, and upper management relies on that for retention.
