They only think in the now, how they can make money. That being said upper management doesn’t care. You have to put in way too many hours and little money. The pay excessively in some positions and treat everyone poorly, unless you wine enough then they might throw you a bone. Good place to collect a check if you just do your work and don’t care about values. Many things used to be good, then some new employees got hired and things went down hill. Benefits used to be amazing. Not anymore. They’ll work you like a dog and then throw you away. No values even though they claim to have them. No true growth just lies
