I would have stayed but I left because I needed better pay. They do care about their employees and their well-being and they are great at coaching and pushing you to be a great sales,I loved the free education I received also

PAY could be way better as much time and effort we put in to try and gain some sales. I wish we would have got bonuses for the lt and forms we did get verses having to have so much for the month in order to get the bonus. I would've stayed if the pay was a but better
Unlimited PTO... for now. They are stripping employees of that benefit depending on your Manager. That's really the only pro.
Cons
High expectations, low rewards for exceeding them. Management does not have employees' backs. They've been stripping away employee benefits like unlimited PTO, 401K match, and employee engagement activities. And the pay is already low compared to industry standards.
