Thank you for your feedback. We are always in talks with our districts in regards to pay rates and implementation of bonus programs for our substitute employees. As of the 2016-2017 school year, many bonus programs have been put in place and we have seen pay rates increase across Michigan schools, so we are convinced that we are beginning to move in the right direction. We do believe that pay rates are a reflection of fill rates.
