So first of all, customer service is pretty responsive and helpful. It's a flexible job with decent pay for the position. You can choose what grades you want to sub. Schools valur subs so you'll have positive experiences with school staff. Please don't take advantage of that however! The least we can do is be considerate and not cancel last minute or not call them etc
