Pros
The only good things are guaranteed 10 hour days and a 4 day workweek.Nice equipment to work with.Do your job and supervisor is okay!
Cons
Upper management is totally clueless,trucks are a total mess when in comes to loads. It's a good day when you're only missing a couple items.Drivers are stuck explaining to customers over and over where their products are when short.Don't ever expect a compliment on the job you're doing, only get negative feedback on simple mistakes.
