The job is secure if you know what i mean. Do your job. Get your pay check and get out.
Cons
The company doesn't care about employees. Employment Evaluation is a Joke. Self Health insurance is another joke. No all applicants have the same opportunity of employment. Seems that If you are not Friend of the Friend of the Friend through a preferred agency - you dont get a job. Some departments adjust the new job positions before post it online. is like if I want I can negotiate my position without applying for the job. Retention in some departments is Ok but other departments change every two and 3 years, and they start playing musical chairs with the new job opening. Promotions in the company are rare occurence. They bring people from outside all the times and employees that are on the botton have to train their own replacement. People who knows the job has been in the company for many years working with customers and they have to fight to get a salesman position. Other have to get a lawyer or legal representation.
