Promotions given to horrible leaders There are too many to CONS to describe, the work environment is very depressing. Horrible raises, if you get one. If you work hard, you don't get recognized. People are passed over and pigeon holed into their positions. The management does not utilize their employee's to their strengths. They require college degree's for certain positions, but hire non-college degree employee's from other departments so they can save money and pay them a lower wage, but usually those people are in over their heads and don't understand their job.
