Pros
It's a small company, so it's kind of like high school. Folks know each other and are friendly enough. The company itself has started some employee programs that are beneficial.
Cons
No raises in 2 years, management lacks training, folks who are "lifers" have a very negative attitude, there's not much room for advancement, they are more likely to hire from the outside for internal openings. Management is poor, benefits overall are poor. There is no real tuition program.
