      - Family friendly - Partnership structure provides a sense of ownership of the firm - Great people to work with - Clear focus on our business and who is our client - Opportunities to drive your career development

      Cons

      - Associates take on a large burden specific to health benefits - Pay raises negligible since 2008 even for high performers - Partnership structure can make organization top heavy - too many strategic thinkers and not enough people to execute the work

      Pros

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
