Pros
The checks clear. They have never laid had to do lay offs. You can work from home if you are content to never get ahead.
Cons
The "leaders" display very little leadership. Their mission is to find a way to shift all responsibilities to the person below them and to pay that person less. They spend their days in meetings which are more like social gatherings. Most of these meetings are about what to have meetings about. Most low level associates are miserable. The favorite motivational saying is, "consider yourself lucky that you have a job."
