Independence, ability to do the right thing for clients, income potential, good people at the ground level. It is a challenge which is actually achievable.
Cons
Door to door sucks, non solicitation neighborhoods are everywhere, there are many big fish who only look after themselves and don't need to contact and take business which your working for.
